I chose UBuildIt because I didn't like my option other companies gay you. I didn't like that you only have 4 floor plans to choose from. I didn't like that you hd to use their vendors. I didn't like that their selection of counter-tops and lighting and everything else was lacking to say the least! I didn't want some house that is the same as the res of the 10 houses on my block. I wanted some character! Something that said, "This is Me" when you look at it! Not, "Hey, I'm boring and just like every other house." UBuildIt gives you free rein. Free rein to pick whomever you want to sub-contract. Free rein to buy whatever lighting, door knobs and counter-tops you want! There is nothing cookie cutter about it! It's all exactly how you want it and nothing less! If you are sick of all these cookie cutter houses with no character! If you have looked and can't find a house that checks all your wants and needs! If you are organize and driven! Save money and use UBuildIt! Build the house of your dreams!
