UBuildIt has spent a lot of time and effort building relationships with a number of suppliers at the local, regional and national level. We call these partners Preferred Vendors because they meet our standards for providing you with a quality experience.

Our goal is to create the best scenario possible for you by recommending suppliers that offer the best combination of quality products, excellent customer service, competitive pricing and a solid reputation. We have worked with many of these vendors for a number of years, and have refined the process to your benefit. You are not required to use our Preferred Vendors; however, because of our relationship and the volume of business we provide them, many of these suppliers will offer you a better overall package of products, services, and pricing.

National Partners

	Sherwin-Williams Paint (and Duron Paint where available) provides our UBuildIt clients substantially reduced pricing. UBuildIt clients receive National Account discounts when purchasing paint products from Sherwin-Williams or Duron paints. Additional discounts are available when purchasing painting supplies. This discount does not end when your project is done. It will continue as long as UBuildIt and Sherwin-Williams continue a relationship. That means that you have an extended discount from Sherwin-Williams for years to come. You and your family can purchase paint for any project at any time in the future by retaining the Sherwin-Williams/UBuildIt card. Sherwin-Williams can also recommend quality tradesmen if needed. 	Our SEARS Appliance Select program puts you in the driver’s seat for all of your major appliances. The program is by appointment only and was originally designed to serve custom home builders. Through this program you can select from many brand name appliances at nearly any level of quality and sophistication you desire for your appliance needs. In addition, the local Sears Appliance Select representative can direct you to a private selection web site that makes the selection process even easier.
