In addition to owning the company, Joe is also a planning consultant who helps clients from their first phone call up to the construction phase of their new home or remodel. Joe has great budgeting skills and he will help you design a home while staying in budget. If you have a budget to meet, Joe will get you there. Jamie Budiac – Planning, Marketing & Selections Consultant

Jamie has multiple postilions at UBuildIt. With over 12 years of new construction experience, she loves new construction and has a passion for UBuildIt and the process. Jamie & Joe work closely with clients in the planning stage reviewing plans and working thorough budgets & selections. Clients often pick Jamie's niche for color and design when they meet with her for on site selection meetings. Jamie will ensure your satisfaction from start to finish.

 

 

Frank Martinez -Construction Site Consultant

Frank has been managing and working in the field on new homes since 1986. He is our clients go to man once you're in construction. Frank works with Joe & Jamie to review all clients plans before they go into construction. This helps alleviate mistakes on the job site and this helps keep the lines of communication open. Frank is also on site with clients and subs to review quality control . If you have a building question, Frank can answer it!
