Meg Jaquay, one of the co-owners of UBuildIt-Gresham, first purchased the UBuildIt Vancouver office after being a UBuildIt client in 2003, and then expanded her operations to cover the greater Portland Metro region and purchased her second office in 2004.  Meg holds a BS in Manufacturing Engineering and a MBA.  Meg is passionate about remodeling and has personally remodeled over 10 of her own homes in the last 6 years.

Dave Younger, one of the co-owners of UBuildIt-Gresham was introduced to the UBuildIt program as a subcontractor working for a UBuildIt client several years ago.   He was so impressed with the business, he is now working as our lead UBuildIt Planning Consultant, getting clients started in their building process. Dave has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from California Baptist University.  Dave has over 17 years experience in Sales and Marketing.
