Bob Braudrick – Planning Consultant:
Bob’s first paying job was at the age of 14 when in 1979 he went to work for his Uncle Bill pouring concrete foundations for homes being built in Edmond, OK. Bob has been building, repairing, cleaning up, and remodeling in one form or another ever since. Bob graduated from Baylor University in 1987. He has a wonderful family, wife Sarena and four kids: Katie – 13, Keegan – 11, Beth – 5, and Bekah -4. He is active in the community and is known as the worst singer in his church.

Rick Herrin, UBuildIt-Edmond's Construction Consultant, started remodeling homes with his family at the age of 17 back in 1985. In the 90’s he started building new homes and since then he has overseen the building of over 200 new homes and half again as many remodeling projects. Rick is an active member of the Oklahoma Home Builders Association, an extremely knowledgeable and experience builder with numerous contacts throughout the state of Oklahoma. We are excited to have him on board!

Jim McLain has recently joined our team as a Construction Consultant. Jim has over 12 years of Construction Superintendent Experience. Over the past several years he has overseen the building of Spec and Custom Homes throughout Oklahoma. His knowledge and experience in the field gives us great confidence and security in our future projects.

Lindsay Risley joins the team as our Administrative Assistant. She has 5 years of Customer Service, Marketing and Construction under her belt. Born and raised in Mesquite Texas, she came all this way with her husband Billy and 4 year old daughter Madison to live in Oklahoma. She will be a great asset and we are very excited to have her on board.
