Bob Braudrick was born in 1965. His first paying job was in 1979 at age 14 pouring concrete for his Uncle Bill. He graduated from Putnam City West in 1983, Baylor University in 1987 with a Bachelors in Arts, and attended Western Conservative Baptist Seminary in 1988. Ever since, Bob has had a number of sales and management jobs culminating in the opening of Braudrick Construction in the mid-1990s. Then in 2006 Bob purchased the Oklahoma City UBuildIt franchise where it operates in the entire state of Oklahoma. UBuildIt-Oklahoma City was the Number One New Franchise in 2007, the Number One National Franchise in 2008, 2009, and 2010, and the Oklahoma Readers Choice Award Top 5 Builder and Remodel in 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010.

Bob is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, Oklahoma Home Builders Association, Building Association of South Central Oklahoma, Top Ranking Better Business Bureau, is Green Build Certified, and has received many other awards and recognitions. Bob owns a small ranch in Wellston, Oklahoma where he breeds Limousine and Angus cattle for fun and is an active member of the Surrey Hills Baptist Church.

Rick Herrin, UBuildIt-Oklahoma City's Construction Consultant, started remodeling homes with his family at the age of 17 back in 1985. In the 90’s he started building new homes and since then he has overseen the building of over 200 new homes and half again as many remodeling projects. Rick is an active member of the Oklahoma Home Builders Association, an extremely knowledgeable and experience builder with numerous contacts throughout the state of Oklahoma.

 

Justin Schovanec, one of our Construction Consultants, was raised on a farm, which brought about in him an excellent work ethic. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Marketing. After college, Justin made his way to Dallas, but found the corporate world of the marketing industry not really what he wanted to do with his life. So he moved back to Oklahoma and began working in the construction business. Since then, he has built over 250 homes throughout the Oklahoma City metro area. In his spare time, Justin enjoys hunting and fishing.

 

Bill Newsom, began his experience in building at a very young age, working in his father’s welding and fabrication shop. At age 18, he began working for a company remodeling Walmart stores. After 3 years, he left that job to buy a Four Seasons Sunroom franchise, which he ran for 4 years, along with his own custom home business, in northwestern Arkansas. In 1994, Bill moved to Oklahoma City, working for a custom home builder. Over his career, Bill has worked on over 200 custom projects, and has very valuable experience in every phase of construction, in both commercial and residential building. Bill joined the UBuildIt team as a construction consultant in May 2011. Bill is a proud husband and father of two.

 

Lydia Elliott is the Administrative Support here at UBuildIt Oklahoma City.  She was born and raised in Utah, and moved to California for college. She graduated from The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising with an Associate’s Degree in Interior Design and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. For the past 7 years, Lydia has worked for several different design and construction businesses, and has worked in administrative and project management roles for the past 5 years. She moved to Oklahoma City a few years ago for more career opportunities and a slower pace of life. She has been with UBuildIt since October 2010.

 

Harmonee Cryer, UBuildIt Oklahoma City’s Planning Consultant, was born and raised in Chandler, Oklahoma. From a young age, she knew she would be interested in a career as a real estate agent or an interior design artist, and she now finds that home building is the perfect balance between the two. She is a professional in homebuilding and finance and has won multiple awards in interior design. She currently lives in Moore and is active at Life Church. Harmonee is the proud mother of one daughter, Journey.
