Beth White, owner UBuildIt-Central Charlotte & UBuildIt-Lake Norman possesses a Bachelors Degree in Business and previously worked for two Fortune 500 companies in finance. She is extremely organized and proficient in managing her UBuildIt offices. She pays close attention to detail in sales, marketing, and accounting. Being the first point of contact, she communicates well with clients to educate them on the benefits and services of the UBuildIt program.

 

 

David White has been involved in construction projects for over 25 years, the last 12 as a licensed General Contractor in North Carolina. He has built many custom homes, large remodels, and Commercial projects in the Lake Norman and Charlotte area. Dave has completed training and holds certifications as a Certified Green Professional and as an Accredited Master Builder. His organizational skills, in addition to his communication and interpersonal skills help him guide our clients along their owner-builder journey. David is an outstanding resource for our clients, as well as to our suppliers and subcontractors.  

Paula Bostic is a licensed General Contractor who has built homes for over 15 years. As an UBuildIt Construction Consultant, Paula shares her knowledge as she accompanies clients through every step of the construction journey. Our clients appreciate her patience, helpfulness and expertise. Paula's goal is to help clients achieve their goals with confidence.
