Randy and Deb Fisbeck opened their first UBuildit office nearly seven years ago. The Omaha will celebrate its fifth anniversary on December 1st.  Owning this franchise was a normal fit for the couple who had been remodeling and flipping houses for a while. 

Randy Fisbeck, who grew up in a family of builders and skilled craftsmen,  earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Arts from Peru State College. After initialy enrolling in college to become a teacher for building construction he ended up spending 15 years as a manufacturing manager before making the change to teach people how to build houses!  His experience in manufacturing (purchasing, scheduling, and saftey) along with his certification in teaching Lean Manufacturing principals, makes him a perfect person to lead a team of consultants.

Deb Fisbeck is a real estate agent with over 15 years experience helping families purchase their dream homes. Her experience purchasing land is a great asset to the ofice. Before selling real estate she worked in banking. All of her combined experience becomes a great asset to you on the planning phase of construction.

Together, Randy & Deb are now in the business of helping families take an active part in building their dream homes. To date, both offices have helped clients build complete over 75 projects – both new construction and additions and remodels.
