Kevin Reilly, owner of UBuildIt-Brighton, possesses a BSBA degree, is a licensed builder as well as a recent owner-builder himself. Kevin left a corporate project management career to open UBuildIt-Brighton shortly after the successful completion of his own family’s owner-builder project in Brighton. “The enormous sense of accomplishment, feeling of satisfaction and equity we realized having managed our project ourselves left me searching for a means to assist others in achieving the same results. After investigating the UBuildIt system thoroughly, I knew without a doubt that this was the ideal opportunity to be a part of an industry trend that would change the way homes were being built and remodeled!"

Greg Blastic, Lead Construction Consultant, has been a licensed builder since 1986 and possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from Lawrence Technological University. Greg has over 22 years of building experience as a custom builder and has performed duties as a Construction and Product Manager with a large local developer. Greg is an extremely organized and proficient individual with all aspects of building, planning and execution and has an attention for detail like no other. With excellent troubleshooting, analytical and interpersonal skills that are obvious from the moment you meet him, Greg quickly proves himself as an outstanding support resource for our clients, suppliers and subcontractors alike.

Chris Baracos, Planning Consultant, possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Engineering from Lawrence Tech University and has been a licensed builder in the state of Michigan since 1986.
