Jay Zola, Co-Owner of UBuildit-Mansfield has an MBA from Babson College and has been in the building business for 22 years. He primarily serves as your Planning Consultant specializing in specifications and budgeting.

Paul Folkman, Co-Owner of UBuildit-Mansfield has a Masters degree in planning and development from UVM and has been in the building business for 26 years. He primarily serves as your Planning Consultant specializing in house plans and land review. Paul holds both a Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License as well as the Massachusetts Home Improvement License.

Steven Zola, Co-Owner of UBuildit-Mansfield has a B.A. degree from New Hampshire College and has been in the building business for 20 years. He primarily serves as your Construction Consultant. In his years in the business, Steven has supervised the construction of over 150 homes as well as assisted about 100 UBuildIt clients to successfully manage their construction projects.
