Chad has been a native to the DC area since the early 90’s, with a majority of that time spent involved in the local construction industry. Through his experience managing a local sub-contractor, Chad has worked directly with many of the area contractors. Ben Brownrigg has more than 20 years experience of hands on construction and remodeling experience. This experience stretches from new construction through remodeling and in many specific areas such as Insulated Concrete Forms.
