Dan Savoia has been a homebuilder for over twenty years. During that time, Dan has worked from the ground up...having been involved in the design and development, construction, and service of over 500 homes during that time, including several years experience with Owner-Builders. Dan's won numerous awards as a custom builder, including the coveted "People's Choice" award for Northern Kentucky's custom home showcase "Homefest." Dan takes a great deal of pride in taking good care of his customers, and that philosophy carries throughout his staff. Dan was recently invited to become a member of Southern Living Magazine's Custom Builder Program... an elite group of builders that the magazine has chosen to partner with as a result of their commitment to quality, style, and customer service.

Dan and his wife, Jackie have three children between 5 and 13. He enjoys coaching baseball, and other family activities, such as skiing and tennis, when he is not helping his clients build their dream homes.

Scott Lester, Construction Consultant, has over 15 years experience in residential construction. His experience ranges from managing framing and exterior trim crews, to running his own remodeling company, to performing as a supervisor for residential and commercial projects, and installing interior trim and cabinetry. His experience in all facets of construction from setting homes on building lots at the most effective elevation to details prior to move-in ensures our clients have the support necessary to complete their project in a timely manner with no construction related issues.
