Don Butterfield, UBuildIt-Wichita Operating Manager and Construction Consultant. Don had been a licensed builder in Lexington KY, and also the Senior Consultant with the UBuildIt franchise there before moving to Wichita to manage this new franchise.
He has 20 years experience in the custom home building market, five years of commercial experience and ten years devoted to the mortgage industry. Don has a broad knowledge of the building industry, is very proficient from planning through project execution and is an outstanding support resource for our clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

 

Bob Braudrick is the majority owner of three UBuildIt franchisees in Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas. He and his offices oversee more than 200 UBuildIt project each year from new homes to remodel jobs.
