Bob Price, Owner & Planning Consultant
After graduating from Bob Jones University, Bob began his career teaching high school Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. After completing his MBA at the University of Indianapolis Bob worked in corporate America for Glaxo Smith Kline and Schering Pharmaceuticals promoting pharmaceuticals to physicians, pharmacist, and hospitals from Indianapolis to the east, west, and southern parts of Indiana. During his twenty years in the pharmaceutical industry, Bob obtained his general contractors license, real estate brokers license, a certified paralegal degree and was building ten to twenty houses a year. “When the opportunity arose to become a part of the UBuildIt team and to provide my clients with a quality custom home or complete a remodeling project at a more competitive price with a greater since of accomplishments for my clients, I aspired to the opportunity. David is a graduated of Bob Jones University, and he is a licensed general contractor specializing in new home construction, room additions, and restoration of historic homes. David is a perfectionist in the intricate details of historic home restoration, and he brings this same level of expertise to each UBuildIt customer.
Kimberly Wright-Administrative Assistant
Kimberly specializes in customer service where she excelled in both her construction and property management business. She obtained her real estate license in 2003 and is a member of the Metropolitan Board of Realtors, the Indiana Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
