Gerald Pascual, Partner
With educational backgrounds in Civil Engineering and Architecture, as well as multiple awards, ranging both local and national, Gerald’s knowledge is very diverse. His work experience includes working as an Engineering Assistant, Designer for a notable architectural firm in Hawaii, and Project Manager for a top 25 general contractor. With project experience that range from thousands to multi-millions, he is also knowledgeable with computer programs, construction quality and safety program standards. Finally, Gerald is involved with the business community in organizations such as The Young Business Council, The Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii, and the Japan America Society of Hawaii.

Maile Shimabukuro-Pascual, Partner
A Business Administration graduate from Hawaii Pacific University, Maile has been a Manager for more than 10 years. She is very knowledgeable in event scheduling, vender relations, stock balancing, product researching, cost analysis, financial projecting, and personnel relations that range from development to minor HR. Included are affiliations with local Okinawan and Japanese communities. This born and raised local girl truly brings pleasant customer relations to the company, and is sure to be one of the most personable members on your team of experts.

Denise Nakasato, Partner
A product of the University of Hawaii’s School of Architecture, Denise has had her share of experience in both the construction field and in customer service. This versatile partner first gained interest in construction from actual hands-on experience initially helping family with “fixer upper” projects and the building of other family member’s houses. Denise’s experience range from working for multiple general contracting companies, a Design Intern for a well known architectural firm, and as a construction Estimator. Her strength in sincere customer service is credited to multiple positions where clientele and customer satisfaction were a must. Denise brings comfort to table in understanding the owner and the consultant. Known for having a high standard of quality and diligent attention to detail, she is a perfect addition to the UBuildIt family and your team!

Mark Asato, Construction Consultant
A 21 year veteran of unionized carpentry, Mark not only works as a carpenter foreman for a respected general contractor, but is seasoned in residential building and renovation projects throughout the island. He is also familiar with superintendent duties that range from coordination and construction sequencing. He has been and will continue to be a competent liaison between contractors, architects, and owners. His construction knowledge, sincerity, trustworthy beliefs, and proactive problem solving capabilities make him a valuable asset to all parties.

Jessica Kalima
A true team player, Jessica has worked for a Top 25 general contractor and is familiar with the entire building process.  She has developed working relationships with subcontractors and vendors.  Specializing in the area of material procurement, her knowledge includes processing submittals and shop drawings, ordering and tracking material, and expediting the approval process.  Proficient in various office tasks including Microsoft Word and Excel, Jessica can facilitate and execute numerous reports.  You will absolutely enjoy working with this honest and sincere local girl whose proactive approach will help clients make their dream home easily become a reality.
