Pat Taylor Construction Consultant - As a 35-year veteran in the construction industry, UBuildIt is proud to have Pat in the position of Construction Consultant. Pat has built along the east coast from Naples, FL to New York City, NY.  Pat has built custom homes throughout Florida's Gold and Emerald coastlines in products up to 2 million in price point. Moving to Atlanta over a decade ago to be a part of pre-Olympic building, Pat brought both efficient building practices as well as business methods to a deregulated state. He is a past Vice President of Construction of national builder DR Horton Custom Homes and President of JP Taylor and Associates, a consulting and Development Company assisting the progressive Smart Growth Initiatives of Georgia in land planning.  His projects include multi-family, commercial as well as single-family homes and communities.
