Our hearts and prayers go out to those who have lost their homes. From personal experience (2003 Cedar Fire); we know what an event like this can do to a family.

The Harris, Witch Creek and Guajito fires have forced many families into making very tough decisions. Rebuild? Who to talk to? How to plan? None of these survivors chose to be in this position. Most know nothing about the construction process and are now searching for rebuilding options.

Tamrin Gorham - Office Manager, wears many hats. Aside from being Joshua’s wife, Tamrin's attention to detail and her easy manner help get us results from our subs and suppliers for our UBuildIt homeowners in San Diego. Dave a licensed CA contractor (#400427). He has experience in construction estimating, project management, architectural delineation, and most importantly, building in the residential, public and the commercial sectors. He has been setting up bidding formats and project schedules (calendars), and running multiple projects at any given moment for over 25 years in the San Diego area contractors. His strongest knowledge is in Risk Management, Project Coordination and Construction Defects. His knowledge alone will save you money.

Gary Brannon is a partner and former UBuildit Client. He enjoyed the experience of building his Dream home so much he joined our Office staff and became an investor.
