Randy Tutor and partner Robert Skinner, a licensed general contractor who have more than 19 years of home building experience, have just opened the UBuildIt - Temecula office. Their UBuildIt office provides consulting services to owner-builders who would like to have expert help available while maintaining control of their own home building or remodeling projects. By investing an average of one and a half hours per day, owner-builders can build more home for the money and they do not have to know anything about construction. Randy Tutor
Randy Tutor is responsible for the administrative, sales and marketing for UBuildIt Escondido, Temecula and Riverside offices. Prior to establishing UBuildIt’s first office in Southern California in January 2004, Tutor started and eventually served as Vice President for Redwood Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of Consolidated Freightways, Inc. with headquarters in Vancouver, Wa. While there, he was responsible for the third party logistics company’s US and Mexico operations, including the management of more than 500 employees and 1.5 million square feet of distribution and transportation operations. Tutor was awarded Mentor of the year from UBuildIt at the 2006 Convention.

Edward Rodriguez
Born and Raised in Southern California, I have been a resident of the Murrieta-Temecula Valley for 9 years. I had been in sales for 3 years, before joining the UBuildIt team in September 2006. Knowing Randy and Robb on a personal level, has made our business relationship a great experience. I have the best job! I get to introduce and show people how UBuildIt can help turn their dreams into reality.

 

Danielle Gilbreth
I am originally from Portland Oregon and I have lived in southern California for 11 years now. I enjoy everything that California has to offer including the beach and the mountains. I have a very large family, which includes six sisters and three brothers, which can be hectic at times.

I am currently working in college to earn my degree in business management. I am new to the UBuildIt workplace but I am not new to the UBuildIt family. I have known the owners for many years and I am very excited to be working for them in their very successful business.

Robbie Peacock
Robbie joins UBuildIt-Temecula's office as a Construction Consultant. He is responsible for providing construction consulting services to customers of UBuildIt’s Temecula office, which services Southwest Riverside County.

 

 

Sam Patel
Before traveling to California and joining UBuildIt in 2005, I owned and operated my own construction company in England. I have a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management and will soon be taking the test for my Contractor’s license in California.

The 14 years of experience I have gained in the construction industry has helped me to perform my job more effectively, as I am responsible for collecting bids and dealing with Subcontractors and suppliers for all of our projects.

My decision to move to California was made easier when UBuildIt offered me a job. I was very impressed with the business model and the benefits it gave to people who are not involved in the world of construction.
