My name is Dino Secchiari. I have been in the construction business for about 20 years. Combining that with my hands-on skills, it is a perfect match for what I do here at UBuildIt. As a residential construction consultant, one of my duties is to make sure that all phases of any given project, whether it be a small remodel or a large custom home, are running smoothly and being built correctly. I also want to make sure that our clients aren’t worrying if the trades are doing a good job. My role is to make the planning phase and the construction phase flow as smooth as possible so our clients can concentrate on their role as an owner builder.

My name is Ashley Anair.  As the administrative assistant for the Scottsdale office, I not only answer phones, but help in keeping the office organized. Working under Don and Dave Lewis for the past nine months has been a delight.
