Finding UBuildIt was the single best choice we made when building our new home. This was our second home and the first new home in our lives. We were able to build a bigger home, make more equity, and customize every choice throughout the process. We learned how a house is built, from the ground up. Although we had 9 months to build the house we finished in 5 months and used a lot of saved money to add items like a privacy fence and sprinkler system. If we wanted to upgrade we got to choose exactly what and where it came from. A great thing since my wife is a bargain shopper! We know where every piece of plumbing and electrical is run, how the HVAC works, and how to really maintain a home. I still come home every day and think I built this! From the drawingof the plans, to the final finishing touches, we were "in charge" and able to produce a house like no other, and within our projective budget.
